Step 1
Pick Your Color Palette
You pick the colors, we’ll select the flowers!
OF THE FLORAL IN YOUR ARRANGEMENTS - Let us know what colors should be PRIMARY, or most prevalent throughout your arrangements, and what colors should be more of an accent, or your SECONDARY colors.
Our listed pricing for our designs is based on an overall ratio of 70% floral and 30% greenery.
In your consultation, nuanced color shades can be discussed, and you can change the floral-to-greenery ratio too.
Please select “QTY 1” and click “Add to Wishlist” to see a dropdown list of colors you can select.
Add the colors for floral that need to be present in your arrangements, but less so than the PRIMARY colors you selected.
Once again, our standard ratios are 70% floral and 30% greenery for the majority of our arrangements.
Step 2
Define Your Vision
Which of these best describes your overall floral style?
Simply beautiful and romantic, but not necessarily distinct in any specific way. This more classic style usually features more traditional and seasonal flowers. The resulting arrangements tend to be more “neat” and symmetrical in terms of shape. The focus is on a level of elegance that will compliment your wedding in a way that you will love just as much 15 years from now as you do today!
Our “modern” style projects a clean, sculptural look for your wedding. These fresh designs are often characterized by asymmetrical-shaped arrangements, featuring color-blocked flowers or flowers grouped by type for pronounced “sections” throughout the arrangement. The newest forms of these arrangements artfully blend both tropical and more traditional types of flowers.
Whimsical refers to a garden-like, relaxed style that is meant to look as if the flowers have just been freshly picked. The silhouette can be quite wide, and flowers are arranged at different heights, with protruding greenery sometimes adding to that wild and romantic aesthetic.
Step 3
Centerpieces
Next let’s choose the arrangements that best match the size and shape you like for your tables.
A dramatic, elevated centerpiece designed to create height and drama without obstructing conversation. Its full, rounded shape adds a sense of grandeur and sophistication to any tablescape.
A compact and lush design that brings soft elegance to any table without obstructing views. Regardless, if the shape is more round or bow-shaped, its balanced composition will create a refined, inviting tablescape for your guests’ tables. These arrangements can be designed to be set directly on the table or placed atop a low-stemmed bowl.
These charming 360° floral arrangements are designed to sit directly on guest tables, often placed in the middle of candle groupings or a trio of cylinders. They are also perfect to stand alone on cocktail tables or lounge areas, adding just the right pop of color. Their compact size makes them versatile and easy to style, helping tie together a cohesive, polished look throughout your event.
Floral and greenery garlands create a soft, romantic base that can be beautifully paired with assorted candles or bud vases. The style complements a wide range of aesthetics and is the most practical way to fill long guest tables or the front of your head table(s).
The rate listed is per 8’ long, pre-assembled garland. Flowers for the garland will be packed separately, pre-cut and hydrated, and ready to work into your garland.
A collection of small, clustered arrangements set directly on the table, designed to create a lush base around hardscape elements such as candle hurricanes, glass cylinders, or lanterns. The small arrangements are 3-sided and will have a “back” to them.
Rate per point - usually 2 -3 per arrangement
Bud vases bring detail and dimension to a table without overwhelming it. Typically clustered in groups of 3 around taper candles, pillar candles, or lanterns, they are an ideal option for layering color and texture into your wedding tablescape.
Pricing is the rate per bud vase and will include an assortment of clear vases.
A laid-back yet elegant option for guest tables, this design features loosely styled greenery and/or scattered blooms arranged directly along the center of the table. Most often paired with candle groupings or lanterns, it creates an organic, flowing look that feels full without being overly structured.
Packed per table, precut and ready for you to place around your hardscape items at each guest table.
Step 4
Bridal Party Florals
Select floral arrangements for your bridal party and specify quantities
A thoughtfully hand-tied bouquet designed to complement and elevate the bride’s overall look. This can be done in a myriad of styles to really capture the mood of your wedding.
Usually a smaller bouquet, patterned off the Bride’s bouquet in terms of shape and style with mostly seasonal floral.
A refined floral accent designed to be worn on the lapel. Lightweight, secure, and made to last through the day. Exact flower type(s) can be decided during consultation.
Step 5
Head Table Design
You’re almost there! How do you envision your perfect bridal party/head table? Pick one or more.
A lush, low, and elongated floral piece designed to sit at the front edge of the head table or sweetheart table. This arrangement adds an eccentric touch to your reception’s primary focal point, beautifully framing the newlyweds and enhancing photos. Assume 18” in length for each “brick” of floral foam.
Add some drama and height by placing this floral design in front of your head table at its base. These arrangements are generally 3-sided and can also be used as floral arrangements along your ceremony aisle.
Grand and eye-catching, our large urn arrangements bring instant elegance and drama to your wedding. Perfect for placement behind the head table or at the entrance of your receptions space, these statement pieces create a breathtaking focal point. Best of all, they can easily be repurposed from your ceremony to your reception, giving you double the impact throughout your day.
Bud vases on the head table are a sweet and simple way to add floral charm without overwhelming the space. Arranged in clusters or spaced evenly across the length of the table, these petite vases create an elegant, airy look that pairs beautifully with candles or table garland. They offer a more minimal take on head table florals while still keeping things romantic and photo-ready.
Pricing is per each Bud Vase.
Step 6
Ceremony Florals
This is all going to look so good!
What are your thoughts on your ceremony floral?
Grand and eye-catching, our large urn arrangements bring instant elegance and drama to your wedding. Perfect for flanking the start or end of the ceremony aisle, or elevated on stands behind you at the arch. These statement pieces create a breathtaking focal point. Best of all, they can easily be repurposed from your ceremony to your reception, giving you double the impact throughout your day.
A collection of impactful floral installations designed to frame your commitment perfectly. These single grande foam cage designs can be placed asymmetrically or symmetrically on your ceremony structure, depending on the desired layout. The quantity to order should be per 1.5 linear feet of the desired coverage of your ceremony arch or cabana.
The arrangements will be numbered in the order they should be installed and will have zip ties inserted for easy placement. Please note that these arrangements are heavy; therefore, a sturdy structure will be needed.
Placement will be discussed during your consultation once your order has been approved.
Larger floral arrangements are placed directly on the ground alongside the chairs lining the ceremony aisle, typically spaced every few rows for a natural, balanced look. These grounded pieces create a soft, immersive floral border that enhances the aisle without obstructing the view. After the ceremony, these florals can be repurposed throughout the reception space—most popularly placed in front of the head table or in front of signage to add fullness and floral detail.
Chair bouquets attach easily to ceremony chairs, adding a refined and decorative touch to your aisle. These accents enhance the atmosphere without obstructing views, creating the perfect framing as you enter your ceremony.
Garland is styled loosely along the ground to line each side of the ceremony aisle, creating a grounded floral moment that naturally guides the eye forward. This look adds fullness and flow without crowding the space. Lanterns can be sprinkled throughout for added warmth and ambiance. Our garlands will be sectioned in 4’ linear connectable pieces for easy transport.
*Chosen greenery may alter pricing.
