At K.I.S. Floral, we make it easy to get your dream wedding floral without the usual hassle. Here’s how our simple, streamlined process works:
Customize Your Floral Vision:
Visit our SHOP page to put together your WISHLIST.
Let us know the PRIMARY and SECONDARY color(s) you would like to see in your arrangements.Select your overall design style - “Modern”, “Timeless Elegance” or “Whimsical".Pick the number of, and types of centerpiece designs, reception and ceremony arrangements, and the bridal party pieces you would like for your wedding.Add any rental items you think you might need (large urns, glass hurricanes or cylinders, tea lights, etc.).
2. See your INSTANT ESTIMATE for your Wedding WISHLIST in your Cart:
No need to share your contact information with us to get pricing. Your cart will list out everything you have selected, giving you clear and upfront rates for your wedding flowers.
When you feel you are within your desired budget, SUBMIT YOUR WISHLIST and share your contact information, your wedding date, and maybe a link to a Pinterest Board to better share your ideal style.
Shortly thereafter, we will send you a FLORAL SCHEMATIC so you can see the exact flowers we plan to use for your wedding, along with a formal invoice and a link to pay your $500 deposit and APPROVE your order.
Things to understand before you APPROVE your order and pay your DEPOSIT:
3-week lead times are required from the time you pay your deposit.
Pricing is guaranteed for up to 12 months from the time your order is approved with the exception of the weeks surrounding Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, where you should anticipate a slight increase in pricing.
Minimum Charges - $1800 min. rate for wedding floral + bridal party floral / $1000 min. rate for bridal party floral only.
Orders are not final and can be changed up until 3 weeks out from your wedding date.
Deposit payments - $500 - are non-refundable.
You can request a $75.00, 30-minute pre-consultation before you approve your order. Otherwise, your consultation will be scheduled after you pay your deposit and your floral schematic is sent to you.
We can only accept 2 - 3 weddings per weekend outside of what we are working on at Regions Tower. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait too long to approve your order and pay your deposit.
3. Schedule a Short Consultation with one of our designers.
Once you APPROVE your order by paying your DEPOSIT($500), one of our designers will reach out to schedule a 30-minute consultation with you to make sure we are “like-minded” about your floral and to finalize all of the details.
FINAL Payments are due 3 weeks out from your wedding date. All orders can be changed up until that 3-week period.
4. Pick Up your “Venue-Ready” Arrangements and Enjoy Your Big Day!
Your floral arrangements will be stored in our coolers and packed ready for transport at our shop at Regions Tower in downtown Indianapolis. Schedule a pickup time and place them at your venue the day of your event.
